Management Associations, one in South Devon. 90% of the lease holders paid on the letter before action,  the other 10% went through the court system and were forced to pay.

Motor Mechanics,  3 in North Cornwall 2 of which are still customers and the third has emigrated to New Zealand. They had non paying customers.  All were successful collections, one of which went through the court system right through to attachment of earnings.

Agricultural and building hire company in West Wales their size approx 4 million. Chasing other building related suppliers. The suppliers turned out to be insolvent and promptly failed, leaving a trail of ruined companies particularly in the South West. Still one of our best customers.

Dentists, 1 multi practice in home counties specialising in implant technology, 1 single practice in North Wales.  The debts range from £10 up to £10K, average of 10 debtors on at any one time. Still using our services and they refuse to go elsewhere and they believe in court action

Turf Accountant, in Berkshire. As you cant chase these through the courts, other methods are successfully used and they still use us for our tracing services for finding the absconders!

Accountants, 1 large practice in Hampshire, 1 individual in North Cornwall, 1 individual in Mid Cornwall.  The large practice has up to 25 cases at any one stage ranging from £150.00 up to £10K sometimes using the court system, the others had successful cases through the court system approximately £2K average.

Individual landlords, 2 in the South East, 1 in the Midlands 2 in london 1 in Merseyside. Basically the claims are for unpaid rent arrears, probably the hardest cases to succeed in. Many were dealt with by attachment of earnings orders. One person is still being followed round Merseyside.

Specialist Fabric Cleaning Company in Berkshire. Various non payers over the year for small amounts from £50.00 up to £500.00.  They favour letters before action.

Solicitors, Small as in sole principals 1 in London, 3 in Essex,.1 Hampshire,1 North Devon. 1 in Cheshire, 1 in Tyne Tees. 1 Hants. 1 Devon. These use us for debt collection and recovery from non paying clients. The amounts vary between £350.00 to £50K.

Medium solicitors practices, i.e. generally two plus offices, 1 in Wirral, 1 Southampton .1 South Wales, 1 West Cornwall.  Again the debts range from £200 up to £50,000.00.

Large practices generally the top 500, 2, one in South West, one in Northamptonshire.
